DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 03/07
 /2025 to 06/07/2025 in Novi Sad\, by the Chess Association of Vojvodina an
 d Chess Federation of Serbia\, under the auspices of FIDE.</p>\n<p>The Lec
 turer will be IA Dervieux\, Dominique (FRA)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and Local As
 sistant Lecturer will be IA Stanimirovic\, Zoran (SRB).</p>\n<p>The langua
 ge of the Seminar will be English.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and
  titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of A
